Mini-Wine Labels—What Works Best?

Brides, are you looking for mini-wine bottle labels for your wedding? These small bottles look amazing at your reception and are perfect for guest welcome baskets. Adding your own personalized wedding label completes the look.

The standard size of our mini (187ml) label is 2.75” high by 3.25” wide. To make sure it will work for you, cut out a piece of paper with these dimensions, wrap it around your bottle and check the height and width. If you are trying to cover an existing label, measure and give us the exact size you are trying to cover, winelabel.com we'll do the rest to make you look good. Our labels are crack and peel with an self-adhesive backing.

HOW TO GUIDE FOR PRIVATE LABEL WINE

You can have your own private label on your wine or choose from our wine list with just a few simple steps. First you must decide if you want a label that is completely customized, or if personalizing one of standard design label from winelabel.com categories will suit you. You make the choice and we provide the tools to make it happen. Here are the three options available:

You Design & Submit a Label

To start the process of submitting your own customized label design, you need to decide on the wine, or for labels-only, which label size you need. Please follow our digital artwork file requirements. If you choose from our standard designs, click on labels only or labels and wine. Continue through the order process. Once your order is received we will email a label set up for your review and approval. You can make changes until happy with it.

We Design a Label for You

Starting from a blank white label can be a little intimidating even for a seasoned designer, but for most people this is completely overwhelming. Relax; we have designers that can create a label for you using your text, logo, photo, and color scheme. All of your information can be sent in digital format via email to our production department, where a label proof will be assembled for you. We ask that you follow our digital format requirements found on our Artwork Specs page. For example, we can't print a sharp label if you send in a small 14 pixel logo in 72 dpi resolution! We need a resolution of 300 dpi for all logos and photos. What looks good on your computer screen will not look good in print. Once your label is done, you will be emailed a proof to review and approve. Then your label goes to print. This service has an artwork fee of $50.

No need to worry about designing a label. We have given you lots of choices for label backgrounds. All you need to do is add your very own words. We have arranged our labels according to occasion types, but you can use any background that works for your special occasion. Once you add the words you want to a label you have created your own custom design. There is a $25.00 set up fee for this service (set up fee include USPS priority shipping).
